Uniland has a proven construction process that involves you during each of these steps: - Pre-Construction Meeting, you will meet with a member of our construction team to review selections you have made for your home. You will have an opportunity to review plans and discuss in detail the building process so that you know exactly what to expect in the months to come. - Pre-Drywall Walk, you will again meet with a member of our construction team to review the building status of your home at this moment in time. You will be asked to decide the location of all cable and telephone outlets. - Walk-Through, this is an opportunity for you to go through your new home and make sure that everything is in working order. If any repairs or finishing touches need to be made, they will be completed by the pre-closing walk through. - Pre-Closing Walk-Through, if any finishing touches were noted during the walk-through, they will have been completed before this final pre-closing meeting and you will have a final opportunity to review your home before your closing. This meeting typically takes place a few hours before your closing is scheduled. - 90-Day Warranty, as you are settling into your home, your home is settling as well and we are committed to providing you with the best customer service to handle any items that may arise during this time. We have a dedicated warranty staff here to assist you with any warranty items that might come up during your first year of homeownership. - 11-Month Warranty, the 11-month warranty provides you with an opportunity to have any questions answered you may have or to complete warranty work. Our warranty staff will again provide you with superior customer service.
